Creating bespoke designs & memorable brands since 2020.

Who I am.

Halfdesigner,halfdeveloper,whollyobsessedwiththedetailsnobodyismeanttonotice.

I'm Iraklis — a web designer and developer working out of Athens, Greece. Since 2020 I've built brands and the websites that carry them, end to end: the strategy, the identity, the interface, and the code that ships it.

Working solo means nothing gets lost in a handoff. The person who drew the logo is the person who wrote the CSS, so the thing you launch is the thing that was designed — down to the easing curve on a hover state.

How I work.

A process, not a package.

  1. ListenWhat the business actually needs
  2. FrameOne problem, written in a sentence
  3. DrawOnly once the sentence holds up

Start at the problem, not the pixels.

Every project opens with a conversation and ends with a sentence we both agree on. Everything drawn afterwards has to earn its place against it — which is what stops a redesign becoming redecoration.

Built, not assembled.

No page builders, no theme to wrestle. Hand-written front-ends that load fast, read well to a screen reader, and stay editable.

A small crew, one standard.

Strategy, identity, design and build, worked in the same file rather than thrown over a wall. Everyone who touches it has shipped together before — so nothing is lost between the drawing and the build.

Ship, then sharpen.

Launch is the fast part of the curve, not the end of it. What follows is the long settle: watching how the thing is actually used, and spending the effort where it changes something.

Since 2020.

My journey.

Studio work, in-house product, and a client list that keeps coming back — the same three strands throughout: brand, web, product.

  1. 2021–22

    Union Profile.

Led the rebrand — the parent identity, the identities for its subsidiary brands, and the main website redesigned around them for usability, then the ads, newsletters and content that had to hold the same line. The first project where the identity and the site were one job.

  2. 2023–25

    Mantis Beyond Innovation.

Designed and developed the digital platforms behind open-innovation programmes, with UX decisions answering to programme goals and user engagement. Set the visual direction across every digital touchpoint and kept the brand consistent across them, working alongside marketing and engineering to align features with what the business and its users needed.

  3. 2025–26

    Revotech & Re18.

Worked directly with the CEO, translating business vision into products for the portfolio companies across iOS, Android and web. UX flows, wireframes, prototypes and visual design systems, plus the product, marketing and brand assets around them — and the collaboration with engineering that turns all of it into something shipped.

  4. 2020–now

    Iraklis.

My own studio, open the whole time and still open. Digital products — apps, platforms and websites — designed and built end to end, complete visual identities curated around them, and the marketing material that carries both. A small number of clients at a time, deeply: brand, web and product as one pass rather than three handoffs, which is how the easing curves and the letter-spacing survive to production.

What people say.

Kind words, earned.

  • “He asked better questions in the first meeting than our last agency asked in three months. The brand that came out of it still feels like us two years on.”
    Placeholder nameFounder — hospitality group
  • “The site went live on the date he gave us at the start, and everything we were promised was in it. That alone made him unusual.”
Placeholder nameMarketing lead — rental fleet
  • “We can edit the whole thing ourselves without breaking the design. Nobody has had to email him to change a phone number.”
Placeholder nameOperations manager — clinic network
  • “One person doing the identity and the build meant the finished website actually looked like the design we signed off. I had not experienced that before.”
    Placeholder nameDirector — events company
  • “He kept working on it after launch, unprompted, because the numbers said a page was underperforming. That is who you want on the other end.”
    Placeholder nameCo-founder — marine services
  • “Detailed to the point of being annoying, in the best way. He noticed things on our own brand that we had stopped seeing years ago.”
    Placeholder nameBrand manager — retail
